These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Banner Boys website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Banner Boys provides custom printed products, digital templates, and related products and services. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, materials, colours, and pricing accurately. Please note that colours viewed on a screen may differ from final printed colours. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information or pricing and to discontinue or modify products where necessary.

2. ORDERS AND APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing a purchase, including product details, size, material, quantity, shipping information, and any submitted artwork or personalization. Where a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving it before production begins. For orders submitted with print-ready artwork that do not require a separate proof, confirmation of the order at checkout constitutes full approval of the submitted artwork and order details. Once approval has been provided, the order is subject to our Refund Policy.

3. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of artwork, photographs, logos, text, and other content they provide. By submitting content to Banner Boys, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that content. Banner Boys may use submitted content as necessary to produce and fulfill the customer's order.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the site. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other relevant costs will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process. Payment must be successfully completed before an online order is processed unless otherwise agreed upon by Banner Boys.

5. PRODUCTION AND REQUIRED DATES

Production times vary depending on the product, order requirements, and our current production schedule. If an order is required for a specific date or event, the customer must provide that date when placing the order. Providing a required date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless Banner Boys has specifically confirmed the deadline. Customers are responsible for allowing reasonable time for both production and shipping.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination, product, package size, and shipping method selected. Estimated carrier delivery times are strictly estimates and are not guaranteed by Banner Boys. We are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Shipping damage, missing shipments, and related claims are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Custom and personalized printed products are subject to our Refund Policy. Orders may only be cancelled or changed before final order details and artwork have been approved, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Once approval has been provided, production may begin immediately and the order is considered final.

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser solely for the uses described in the applicable product listing. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of Banner Boys' intellectual property or grant the purchaser the right to resell, redistribute, or reproduce the digital product for resale unless specifically stated otherwise. All digital products are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Customers may receive communications necessary to process and fulfill an order, including order confirmations, artwork or proof communications, shipping updates, and customer service messages. Promotional emails will be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in those emails.

10. WEBSITE USE

Customers may not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website. Website content owned by Banner Boys, including original graphics, designs, photographs, text, and branding, may not be reproduced or used commercially without express written permission.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, production partners, and other service providers. Use of these services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Banner Boys is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, digital products, or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Personal information is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and explains our full policies regarding custom products, customer-supplied artwork, approvals, production errors, shipping issues, cancellations, and digital products.

Banner Boys may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, or legal requirements. The current Terms will always be posted on our website with the date of the most recent update.
