What material are your banners printed on?
Our standard banners are printed on durable 13 oz matte vinyl, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Mesh is also available and is a good option for outdoor locations where wind is a concern.
Are grommets included?
Grommets are included with your banner and evenly spaced for easy installation.
What file format should I upload?
For the best print quality, we recommend a high-resolution PDF. We can also work with other common file formats, including JPG and PNG. If you're unsure whether your file will work, send it to us and we'll take a look.
Can you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. We review your artwork before it goes into production. If we notice an issue that could affect print quality, we'll contact you before printing.
Can you design my banner for me?
Yes. If you don't have print-ready artwork, we can design your banner for you. Design services are available for an additional charge, and we'll provide a proof for your approval before printing.
What if I need my banner by a specific date?
Have a deadline? Contact us before ordering and let us know when you need your banner. We'll confirm whether we can meet your deadline and discuss rush options when available.
Do you offer pricing for large quantities or bulk banner orders?
Yes. If you need multiple banners or are planning a larger project, contact us for a custom quote. We'll review the quantity, sizes and finishing requirements and provide pricing based on your specific order.
Are U.S. orders subject to duties or cross-border delays?
No. Orders shipping to U.S. addresses are printed and fulfilled within the United States, so your banner does not need to cross the Canadian border to reach you. Although Banner Boys is a Canadian company, we've set up U.S. fulfillment to make ordering from us simple for our American customers.
